MESSAGE BOARD NEWS
You all received an email earlier this week announcing **tada***
that Fiber And Needle Art can not be accessed quickly by placing it on your Favorite Places list.
4. Now that you are at the Fiber and Needle Art Board, you
may want store in in your Favorite Places:
You will see a little Red Heart on a dog-earred white
paper tab at the top right of your chat window. This is a "Favorite Places"
Button. Click on the "Red Heart to store the Library address in
your Favorite Places"
***Note: If you already have Fiber and Needle Art defined in the Favorite Places for the chat room, name the FANA board favorite places a different name. FIBER AND NEEDLE ART LIBRARY will work as it will take you directly to the location of the Library and the List of the FIVE Fiber And Needle Art Message Boards.....all up and ready for posting, neatly categorized, and managed by people who actually do the crafts in the various areas.***
The next time you want to find the Fiber and Needle Art Library, all you have to do is open up Favorite Places. To do this, look for the AOL Menu button on the top toolbar that has a yellow folder with a Red Heart on it (toward the end of the right side). Click on it, look for the listing that says "Fiber and Needle Art Library". Click on it and you should be instantly transported to the Fiber and Needle Art Library.
1. Under the GO TO Menu at the top of your screen select Edit Favorite Places. A *Favorite Places Editor* window will appear.
2. Select A Menu Entry # and Type in: Fiber And Needle Art
3. For KEYWORD Type in: PC STUDIO
4. Save Changes
5. Log On to American Online
6. Select Fiber And Needle Art from the GO TO menu *or* simply do Command Key + the number of Fiber And Needle Art.
7. The PC Studio with appear with Whats Happening This Week already highlighted. Simply click your mouse and the next Menu has Fiber And Needle Art in easy view for easy entry.

LIBRARY NEWS
There are four new images in the Fiber And Needle Art Libary of interest to dollmakers. There are two photographs of JJDolls' - TaraJane. One shows the whole figure and the other a detail of her face. The other photograph is of GEPlatts Triangle Man doll and Gail has graciously given us a pattern for this doll. Both can be accessed from the main Fiber And Needle Art Library. They have not yet been placed in the Doll Images folder within the FabriCraft area.
New graphics, and newsletters are being uploaded to the Fiber And Needle Art Library every week. Be sure to check the Library when you visit FANA to see what is there to view.
BTW, I tried to print patterns right from the screen when I downloaded them and they were compressed a little flat and therefore out of shape. However, when I logged off and went to my AOL Downloads File I was able to open the patterns (they are in GIF format) and print them the actual size that I needed to do the paper piecing.
**If you have a photograph of a finished project you would like to upload to the Library you may do so if you have it scanned. The Library Manager says that GIF format is the best for uploading graphics. If you do not have a scanner, I will be happy to do this as a service to everyone who visits the FabriCraft areas. Email: FabriCraft if you want to send a photo be be scanned and uploaded. Your photo will be returned with an SASE**

FANTASTIC FIVE TREASURE HUNT FOR MYSTERY MESSAGES
Starting at Noon Monday (April 1), a Folder will be opened in the FabriCraft Message Boards for our April Contest.
Five winners who have all five clues and answer the fastest, PLUS post five content appropriate messages in the various FabriCraft folders will each receive 5 free hours of AOL time at the end of the contest. Contest winners will be Announced on May 15.
Component #1: A *riddle or question* will be posted in the contest folder every Monday at Noon. The answer to the riddle or question will be posted in one of the FabriCraft Folders at the same time. You will need to look for the answer to the clue and then send the answer to the clue by email to: FabriCraft, Subject Line: Fantastic Five Answer. Answers will be recorded in the order they are received with date and time. Each week, for five weeks a new clue will appear at NOON MONDAY.
Component #2. Each contest participant must post five content appropriate messages to the various folders in the FabriCraft Message Boards to be a winner in the contest.
